The olive oil extracted from each batch must be kept identified with its name of origin. For this reason, the olives must remain apart along the entire processing cycle.
Therefore, each batch will be registered with its yield, and the cost of crushing will be borne by the client. The objective of the oil mill is to meet the expectations of customers and ensure that they receive their own oil.
This is possible thanks to the specific feature of the olive processing system, which is suitable for easy batch separation.
In order to guarantee the quality of the oil obtained, the oil press has to be able to control the whole process by means of adjustment systems and monitoring of process parameters, such as temperature, time, flow, washing, etc. These parameters must be adjusted to the characteristics of the different batches.
